If the Thermo Reports tab is missing in Microsoft Word, or an error says that the add-in is not installed, check whether Word has disabled the ThermoReport Addin.
Check the add-in in Word
Microsoft Word may disable an add-in if it identifies it as causing issues.
- In Word, navigate to File > Options > Add-ins.
- Check that ThermoReport Addin is under Active Application Add-ins and is not listed under Disabled Application Add-ins.
Reinstall if the add-in is disabled or absent
If the add-in remains unavailable, consider reinstalling IRT Cronista or IRT Analyzer and the ThermoReport WordAddin:
- Open Installed apps in Windows Settings.
- Uninstall IRT Cronista or IRT Analyzer.
- Uninstall ThermoReport WordAddin, whether the 64-bit or 32-bit version.
- Install the current version of IRT Cronista or IRT Analyzer available for your license.
